Winter Storm Warning Extended For Local Mountains

Strong winds and more snow is in the forecast for Idyllwild, Big Bear and the area mountains Weds Feb 7th 2024, and Weds night and right through Friday Feb 9th.

Several inches are possible.

Higher elevations could get more than that.

So far, no closures on any mountain roads.

The Flood Watch for the mountains has been extended through 6 a-m Thursday Feb 8th.  

The Winter Storm Warning for the mountains has been extended through 8 in the morning on Thursday Feb 8th.

The Flood Watch for the desert has expired.
