Target Having Gift Card Problem During Busy Holiday Season

Holiday shoppers beware.
A gift card scam is running rampant in California.
The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office collected more than 57-hundred gift cards from 54 Target stores in California, and says a third of them are fake.
They were traced to 12 counties spanning from Los Angeles to the San Francisco Bay Area. Investigators warn there could still be thousands of tampered gift cards on racks.
One person is under arrest.
