1,156 drivers were screened at an 8-hour DUI checkpoint at Highway 111 and Library Way on Friday night April 5th into Saturday April 6th 2024 in Rancho Mirage, and only one of them was arrested for DUI.
Fourteen drivers did not have a drivers license.
One person was nabbed for driving on a suspended license.
