More Road Work On I-10 In Rancho Mirage

The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) continues work on a $6 million emergency project for storm damage repairs to include dike replacement, debris removal, and clearing culverts and drainage basins to reinstate highway access to surrounding communities on Interstate 10 (I-10) in Rancho Mirage. Weather permitting.

The project is nearing completion on I-10 from .10 miles west of Ramon Wash Bridge to the Ramon Road on-ramp near Palm Desert.

Monday through Friday – Crews continue work on the shoulders. No lane closures are scheduled at this time. Use caution throughout the work zone.
