‘Implicit Bias’ Training Underway At PSPD

All employees of the Palm Springs Police Department are undergoing a week of training is something being called Principled Policing, Procedural Justice, and Implicit Bias.
The training is 8 hours a day for one week.
No word yet on who is performing their jobs, while those employees are at the training.
Who are the instructors?
They are 4 employees of the Palm Springs Police Department who have been trained as Implicit Bias instructors, and certified under Sate of California Peace Officer Standards and Training.
