A convicted felon from Indio is in trouble again.
Friday afternoon April 5th 2024, just after 3 o’clock, the Coachella Valley Violent Crime Gang Task Force served a weapons-related search warrant at a home on Monroe Street midway between Highway 111 and JFK Memorial Hospital.
Deputies found a 9mm handgun, two large-capacity magazines, a pistol brace, and ammunition.
They arrested 25 year old Ramiro Araujo who is a documented criminal street gang member.
