Former Hotel Worker Heads To State Prison

A man who was working as a waiter at the Kimpton Rowan Hotel in downtown Palm Springs has been slapped with a prison sentence of 7 years to life.
34 year old Alejandro Adan of Desert Hot Springs was convicted 2 months ago of raping a drunk woman in her room at that hotel.
The assault took place almost 5 years ago, on March 3rd 2019.
The victim had been drinking heavily at the hotel bar with her mother, prior to going to her hotel room where the assault took place.
