The Firebirds maintain their grip on 1st Place in the AHL Pacific Division, scoring 2 goals in the final minute Saturday night March 23rd 2024 to defeat Texas 4 to 2 at Acrisure Arena.

The night before, the Firebirds lost in Bakersfield in a shootout 4 to 3.

The playoffs start in late April. If the Firebirds can stay in first place, they would get a first round bye.
