Ex-Deputy Could Serve Time

It could be 5 years in state prison for 32 year old Christian Heidecker, for persuading four women under house arrest, and under his watch, to send him sexual matter.
The one’s who did, were treated more leniently by Heidecker, who was working as a Riverside County Sheriffs Deputy at the time.
Officially, the charges are bribery and extortion, and Heidecker has pleaded guilty to 13 counts.
The judge has agreed to the sentence, but the prosecutors have not done so yet.
