DUI Checkpoint Results
Desert Hot Springs Police made just one DUI arrest during a 7-hour DUI checkpoint on Friday December 15th.
One driver had a suspended drivers license.
Fourteen drivers had no license at all.
The checkpoint was held on Palm Drive, north of Two Bunch Palms Trail, from 7 p.m. Friday December 15th 2023 until 2 a.m. on Saturday December 16th 2023.
863 vehicles drove through the checkpoint.

On Thursday December 14th 2023, Palm Springs Police Department made 1 arrest for DUI, and issued 2 citations for driving with a suspended/revoked license or without a license, during a 6 hour DUI checkpoint.
The checkpoint was at Tahquitz Canyon Way and Hermosa Drive from 7 p-m Thursday Dec 14th 2023 until 1 a-m on Friday Dec 15th 2023.
Only 290 drivers were screened.
