But deputies also arrested 44 year old Charles Smith and 37 year old Hector Mendez, both of Hemet, and 32 year old Kayley Lopez of Colton.

Inside the home, deputies confiscated machines used to make counterfeit I-D cards and checks, stolen mail, keys, fake California and military I-D cards, and passports.

The four suspects were running an extensive check fraud, counterfeiting, and identity theft ring.

They were also found in possession of altered tools, which they used to pry open community mailboxes.

Deputies also confiscated methamphetamine, psilocybin mushrooms, and fentanyl pills.
