Actor Carl Weathers Passes

Actor Carl Weathers, who played Apollo Creed in the first four “Rocky” movies, has died.

He was 76.

In a statement, his family said Weathers died in his sleep on Thursday February 1st 2024.

Weathers also appeared in “Happy Gilmore”, “Predator”, and “Action Jackson.”

Most recently, he played Greef Karga in the hit “Star Wars” series “The Mandalorian.”

Prior turning into a Hollywood action star, Weathers was a linebacker in the National Football League.
