Third Suspect Arrested In North Palm Springs Homicide
Riverside County Sheriffs Dept investigators have identified and arrested a third suspect in connection with the homicide investigation of Jeremy M. Abshear.
The third suspect is identified as Aisa K. Bailey, 19-year-old man from Palm Desert. If anyone has information regarding this investigation, they are encouraged to call Master Investigator J. On Tuesday May 16th deputies were called to 16th Avenue, just east of Indian Canyon Drive, north of Dillon Road, in North Palm Springs, to look into a reported shooting. It was a little past 5 in the morning.
They found a man with gunshot wounds, and efforts to save him failed. He died at the scene. He’s identified as 48 year old Jeremy M. Abshear of North Palm Springs.
Two suspects were arrested on May 17th. They are 66 year old Mark Barneck (on left in photo above), and 33 year old Cody Barneck (on right in photo above).
