Three Shot On Border Of Indio & Coachella; No Suspects

Thursday night March 2nd 2023, just before midnight, deputies responded to a call of shots fired near Lingayan Avenue and Van Buren Street on the border of Indio and Coachella.
When deputies got there, there were no other people around.
Deputies quickly found out 2 men had been taken to a nearby hospital, where one of them died and the other is in critical condition with gunshot wounds.
Another man was taken to a different local hospital and is in stable condition with gunshot wounds.
No suspects yet.
