Taylor Fritz, former BNP Paribas Open, dropped the 1st two sets to Alexander Zverev in the 4th round, then stormed back to win a 5-set barn burner and advance to the Quarterfinals.

Daniil Medvedev beat Grigor Dmintrov, who could not get past the first set due to an injury. Medvedev and Sinner play each other in the Quarterfinals Tuesday July 9th 2024.
Tommy Paul of the U-S has a tough quarterfinal match against Carlos Alcaraz on Tuesday.
Former Palm Desert High School tennis star Desirae Krawczyk has made it to the Women’s Doubles Quarterfinals at Wimbledon. She is teamed up with Caroline Dolehide.
Krawczyk won her first round match in Mixed Doubles on Monday July 8th 2024, with her teammate Neil Skupski.

Coca Gauff seemed bewildered in her straight set upset loss to fellow American Emma Navarro. Gauff often looking to her coaches with her palms turned to the sky as if to say now what do I do. The 19th seeded Navarro defeated #2 see Gauff 6-4, 6-3.
Top seed Iga Swiatek is out too, upset Saturday by Yulia Putinseva. Putinseva then lost to Jelena Ostapenko in the Fourth Round.
Lulu Sun upset hometown Brit Emma Radacanu, as Emma was hampered by a leg injury. British fans also won’t have Any Murray to root for, as he has been eliminated.
Madison Keys lost her match to Jasmine Paolini as Keys could not continue in the 3rd set, due to injury.
Danielle Collins of the U-S has lost in the 4th Round. 5th seeded Jessica Pegula of the U-S made an early exit, losing in the 2nd round to unseeded Wang Xinyu.
