Still Cleaning Up After Tropical Storm Hilary

People in the Panorama neighborhood on the north side of Cathedral City are still cleaning up after storm damage on August 20th.
Some of the residents whose homes and businesses have been badly damaged by mud and water from Tropical Storm Hilary, have given city officials an earful of complaints at recent City Council meetings in Cathedral City, asking why the city did not offer a quicker response after Hilary hit the desert.
The City will assess its response and work to improve that response in the future.
