Sexual Predator Nabbed In Western Riverside County

Deputies in Temecula have arrested a sexual predator 46 year old William Vandenbush of Homeland.

He was meeting a minor for sex just before 4:30 in the afternoon on Friday November 15th 2024 at Nicholas Road Park in Temecula.

When deputies got there, a crowd of 20 juveniles were standing around recording the encounter on their cell phones.

Vandenbush had sent nude photos to the victim and agreed to meet the youngster at that park for sex.

The Riverside County Sheriff’s Office strongly discourages residents from conducting their own undercover investigations and arranging to meet with potential suspects. This action unnecessarily jeopardized the safety of everyone in the vicinity of the park.

We encourage anyone with information related to child sexual abuse, or online sexual exploitation of minors for sex, to immediately contact their local law enforcement agency.
