A senior citizen in the desert is under arrest for violating terms of his probation.

 

64 year old Peter Delagarza  of La Quinta was arrested at a home on Avenida La torres in La Quinta at 12:27 p-m on Wednesday November 27th.

 

He had drug paraphernalia and ammunition in the home, and as a convicted felon, he’s not allowed to have either.

 

He’s jailed in Indio.
