Rollover Crash Kills One Person In La Quinta

A 27 year old man from Cathedral City has been killed in a weekend crash in La Quinta.
It was the wee hours of Saturday May 11th 2024, 2:25 in the morning, when deputies were called to a solo car crash near Monroe Street and Airport Boulevard in La Quinta.
That’s where a white Kia sedan was on its roof on the sidewalk.
Paramedics were unable to save David Seth Gonzales. He died at the scene.
The preliminary investigation shows the Kia was traveling southbound on Monroe Street when it failed to stop for the stop sign at Airport Boulevard, hit the curb and two trees and landed on its roof, killing Gonzales.
