PSP Getting 8 New EV’s…And You’re Paying For Them

Palm Springs International Airport – PSP– is getting more than half a million dollars from American taxpayers via the the Federal Aviation Administration to buy 8 new airport electric vehicles.

Those EV’s will replace 8 gasoline-powered vehicles now being used at the Airport.

This grant marks the first time that PSP has applied for and received a Zero Emissions Vehicle  grant from the FAA.

The FAA is handing out more than  $2.2 billion in tax dollars through what is called the Airport Improvement Program.

As for the jets used to fly people around the world, those jets will still be powered by fossil fuels which we are told are damaging the environment and destroying planet earth.
