Pot Smoke Not So Bad For Your Lungs…Says Team At UCLA

A new study from UCLA indicates smoke from marijuana is not as bad for your lungs as smoke from tobacco.
The study says COPD is not connected with smoking marijuana. But COPD is strongly linked to smoking tobacco.
Researchers at UCLA compared groups of people who are currently smoking marijuana, to groups of people who are former marijuana smokers and people who have never smoked pot.
Most of the people were studied for more than four years.
The study concluded that any amount of marijuana smoke is not known to cause or progress the development of COPD.
