From the City of Palm Springs on July 30th 20202
In an effort to flatten the spread of COVID-19 and minimize large gatherings, the City of Palm Springs has issued a new supplementary order that requires restaurants, bars, wineries, distilleries and breweries to close from Midnight until 5 a.m.
The temporary order goes into effect on Friday, July 31st 2020, and will remain until the COVID-19
emergency is abated.
Guests already being served in outdoor areas on patios at 11 p.m. may be allowed by the operator to remain until midnight.
Indoor dining, indoor seating, indoor service at a bar, are all banned right now across California due to Covid-19. Only outdoor dining on a patio or under a tent is allowed.
Only staff needed to close, open or clean can be in such facilities between the hours of midnight. and 5 a.m.
The order does not apply to drive-thru or pick-up operations.
