One Arrest Made, One Suspect Still On The Run; Gold Estate Jewelry Store In Palm Springs Robbed On August 15th 2023

One man is under arrest, another is being sought, in connection with the August 15th robbery at the Gold Estate Jewelry Store on Palm Canyon Drive, just south of La Plaza in downtown Palm Springs.
Police had to travel to Victorville to grab the first suspect.
Two thugs walked into the store in broad daylight, used hammers to smash glass jewelry cases, but fled when the store owner fired a gun.
The crooks made it out alive, but now one of them is in custody, while police look for Suspect #2, a 6 foot tall, 200 pound black man.
