Ohtani Has Great Night At The Plate, Becomes MLB’s 1st To Get 50 HR, 50 Stolen Bases In A Season

Los Angeles Dodgers superstar Shohei Ohtani  has become the first player in major league baseball history to smash 50 home runs and steal 50 bases in one season.

Thursday in Miami, Ohtani entered the game against the Marlins with 48 home runs and 49 stolen bases.

He got up to bat 6 times, got 6 hits, 3 of them were home runs, 2 were doubles, he stole 2 bases, and knocked in 10 of the Dodgers runs in a 20 to 4 Dodgers victory.

Now he has 51 homers and 51 stolen bases and still has 9 games left in the season.
