There will be no jail time for the man who shot and killed 4 people at a real estate office in Orange County in March 2021.
A judge has ruled 45 year old Aminadab Gaxiola Gonzalez cannot understand the charges against him because of injuries he suffered when he was shot by police who took him into custody.
Instead, Gaxiola Gonzalez will go to a taxpayer-funded state hospital, where he will be treated. His murder case is now suspended indefinitely, or at least until he regains mental competency, if ever.
