The man convicted of abusing young women including U.S. Olympic gymnastics stars, won’t be getting a new trial.

The State Supreme Court in Michigan has rejected Larry Nassar’s appeal.

The court said “we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this court.”

Larry Nassar claimed Judge Rosemarie Aquilina  was biased against him during his sentencing hearing in 2017.

Nassar was convicted in three separate court cases on charges of assaulting hundreds of women and girls, but he claimed his actions were part of medical treatments he was providing.
