Actor Danny Masterson has been sentenced to 30 years in prison.

The 47-year-old former star of “That 70s Show” was found guilty in late May of two counts of forcible rape.

On Thursday September 7th, Masterson’s lawyer asked for a new trial but the judge in the case said no.

Masterson was accused of drugging his victim’s drinks so he could rape them at his home in 2001 and 2003.

Masterson will be in a California prison, therefore there is always the possibility of a legal wrinkle that would allow him to walk free.
