K-9 Jax Passes

Just one month shy of his 8th birthday, yet another K-9 at the Riverside County Sheriffs Department has died.

 

Jax passed away on Sunday August 4th under medical care in Murrieta, suffering from cluster seizures.

 

K-9 Windy, a search and rescue bloodhound, died back on July 25th 2019.

 

K-9 Jax served the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department for six years sniffing out narcotics, cell phones and alcohol at all 5 county correctional facilities.
