Investigation Into The Death Of Brian Nestande

The Riverside County Sheriffs Department continues to investigate the death of former California Assemblyman Brian Nestande.

The 60 year old Nestande was found dead in his Palm Desert home on March 6th 2024.

The Coroner’s report indicates Nestande died from an overdose of multiple substances including cocaine and fentanyl.
