Indian Wells Splurging For Five EV Charging Stations At City Golf Course

It took five years, but the City of Indian Wells has finally started spending the 50-thousand dollar grant it received back in 2018 from a State of California entity known as the Mobile Source Air Pollution Reduction Review Committee.

Indian Wells is now using that money to build five Electric Vehicle Charging Stations at the Municipal Golf Course in town.

No word from the City as to where you would go or what you would do for several hours on a hot July afternoon,  while your electric car is plugged in at this charging station at the golf course.
