IID Repairing Power Pole, Lines, and Outage On East End Of The Desert

As of 10:30 a-m Wednesday June 12th
Nearly 170 customers of Imperial Irrigation District are without power in Thermal and La Quinta.
IID is working to restore power around Jefferson, 59th, Mountain View and Calhoun.
Also, an IID truck knocked down power lines and a power pole on Jackson between 54 and Airport Boulevard in Vista Santa Rosa around 7:30 Wednesday morning.
Jackson Street is closed until the early afternoon hours on Wednesday June 12th from Avenue 54 to Airport Boulevard. Airport Boulevard is open.
