Going To Bed Very Early Or Very Late…No Bueno; Sweet Sleep Spot Is Between 10 p-m & 11 p-m

Sleep researchers say the time a person goes to bed, could have an impact on their health.

A study published in the European Heart Journal, Digital Health, suggests those who go to bed between 10 p-m and 11 p.m. have a reduced risk of heart disease.

The study tracked the sleep patterns and monitored 88-thousand volunteers over six years.

People who go to bed after midnight,  and those who went to sleep before 10 p.m. had a greater chance of developing cardiovascular disease than those who called it a night between 10 and 11.
