Four Rancho Mirage Residents Fail To Comply With Probation Rules

Four suspects from Rancho Mirage, all of them old enough to know better, are in more trouble, after skipping out on their court date. All of them had outstanding DUI warrants.
Now they face additional charges after missing their court date or not fulfulling their probation obligations.
They are:
- Michael Emmanuel, 37 years, of Rancho Mirage, arrested on a warrant for Driving Under the Influence and Reckless Driving.
- Martha Osuna, 37 years, of Rancho Mirage, arrested on a warrant for Driving Under the Influence.
- Charlotte Tiedeman, 67 years, of Rancho Mirage, arrested on a warrant for Driving Under the Influence.
- David Cross, 53 years, of Rancho Mirage, arrested on a warrant for Driving Under the Influence Causing Injury.
