Family Of Suicidal Inmate Files Lawsuit

It was April 28th 2022, nearly 2 years ago, when 21 year old Alicia Upton died in custody, taking her own life, while at the Presley Detention Center in Riverside.
Her family is now suing Riverside County for not providing the proper care for Upton, who the family says was suicidal when she was arrested 10 days before her death.
