Waffle House CEO Passes At 58
Ever have someone try to convince you that 70 is the new 40? Or that we are all living to age 95.
Well, don’t believe them.
Walt Ehmer, the President and CEO of Waffle House has died.
He was 58.
There are no Waffle Houses in California, but if you travel you will find them, as there are 2-thousand locations in 25 states, mostly in the South, many open 24 hours a day.
Ehmer joined Waffle House in 1992 and quickly rose to senior leadership, becoming president of the company in 2002.
Ehmer had been ill for several years.
