DHS Car Thief Arrested

On February 16th 2023 at 10:43 PM deputies from the Palm Desert Station found a stolen 2017 Chevy Silverado at a home on 16th Avenue in Desert Hot Springs.
When they tried to get into the car, 39 year old Eder Serrano-Solis locked the doors.
He refused to comply with deputies commands, and they had to use force to get him to cooperate.
Serrano-Solis was rushed to the hospital, then arrested for possessing a stolen vehicle and resisting arrest.
