Deputies Go Undercover To Nab Suspect

Deputies in Western Riverside County went online on Monday  November 18th  2024, and posed as 13 year old girl.

It was an undercover operation intended to apprehend sexual predators.

It worked.

43-year-old Jason Sjullie from Arizona spent 2 days online communicating with who he thought was a 13 year old girl.   When he expressed his interest in meeting that girl for sex, deputies had their man.

Tuesday November 19th 2024, deputies met up with  Sjullie and took him into custody without incident.

He is jailed in Murrieta on a million dollars bail facing various sex crime charges.
