Coachella Man Arrested In Drive-By Shooting Case

A 30 year old Coachella man is facing several gun and drug charges after he decided drive by a group of people at a party and fire gunshots at them.

No one hurt when Adam Armendariz Rodriguez Jr opened fire on the gathering on Calle Techa in Coachella on August 3rd 2023.

Rodriguez Jr was arrested on Friday August 18th along Highway 111 in Indian Wells. He had close to 2 ounces of cocaine and ammunition on him at the time of his arrest.

Investigators have determined the shooting was an isolated incident.

We don’t know if the suspect knew the victims.
