Coachella Gang Banger Violates Parole; Busted Again

28 year old Noel Aguilar of Coachella is already a convicted felon, and a criminal street gang member.
That did not stop him from getting his hands on heroin and ammunition.
Deputies showed up at his house on Balboa Street in Coachella at 10 a-m Tuesday October 12th.
They arrested Aguilar, who was also violating his parole.
