Car Racing Legend John Force Now Back Home In SoCal After Horrendous Crash
Drag racing legend John Force is now recovering at is home in Yorba Linda, in Orange County California.
He is getting therapy for short-term memory loss.
Force is lucky to be alive following a high speed crash into a retaining wall at a hot rod race in Virginia in June 2024.
The parachute on his hot rod funny car failed to open, and he hit the wall at 3-hundred miles per hour.
He suffered a traumatic brain injury in the crash and spent 15 days in intensive care in the hospital in Virginia.
Then he was transferred to the Barrow Neurological Institute in Arizona for rehab.
John Force has been a force in funny car racing for decades. He is 75 years old, and is a 16-time National Hot Rod Association Champion.
