Burger Lawsuit Fizzles

A U.S. District Judge In New York City is siding with Wendy’s and McDonald’s over the size of their burgers.

A New York man had sued both burger behemoths, saying advertising photos of their signature burgers were larger than the burgers actually are in real life.

The lawsuit also claimed the ad photos showed more toppings on the burger than the burger actually comes with.

But the judge found no proof the real burgers were smaller  than advertisement photos, and also said there was no proof that the man had actually seen ad photos for the Wendy’s Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger or McDonald’s Big Mac.

Burger King and Taco Bell are currently facing similar lawsuits.
