Americans Leaving Jobs In Droves…Fed Up With Long Hours, No Advancement Options, Bad Pay

“The Great Resignation” show no signs of slowing down.

The U-S Bureau of Labor Statistics reports a record four-point-four Americans quit their jobs in September 2021.

Highly-paid software engineers who work from home are keeping their jobs, with resignations coming mostly from low-paid careers like the arts, entry-level entertainment, and recreation…all hit hard by government lockdowns during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic.

The report comes as job openings remain near record levels nationwide.

Analysts say COVID-19 has forced millions of Americans to re-assess their work-life balance, and many are opting to enjoy  more free time.
