Off to college we go.

Amazon’s hourly employees in the U.S. can go to college, and Amazon will pick up the tab.

The e-commerce giant said it’ll cover tuition costs for those workers starting in January 2022.

The offer includes fees and textbooks.  It is available to any employee who has worked for the Seattle-based company for at least 90 days. Amazon is also going to cover other educational opportunities,  including  high school diploma programs, and GED’s.

Amazon is just the latest company to cover the cost of college for its workers.

Walmart is covering tuition and book costs for its associates and those who work for Sam’s Club.
