Tennis star Rafael Nadal is pulling out of the French Open for the first time since his 2005 debut.
The 14-time champion says he’s withdrawing due to injuries.
He was not at the 2023 BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells due to injuries.
Nadal says 2024 will be his last year on the pro tennis tour.
The 36-year-old Nadal says the recovery process on his injured hip is taking longer than expected.
