AG James Upset As Firefighters Boo Her Appearance At Graduation Ceremony
New York Attorney General Letitia James is upset that people in the crowd at a graduation ceremony last week were booing her.
Now the New York City Fire Department is investigating.
The heckling was well-orchestrated, rather than spontaneous, with chants supporting former President Donald Trump interrupting Liticia James’ remarks.
The FDNY says it’s got clear video of the event and has issued an internal memo, saying that the people who gave Letitia James an icy welcome would be better off stepping forward, rather than being “hunted down.”
Uniformed Firefighters Association President Andrew Ansbro is calling it a ‘witch hunt’.
The FDNY denies it’s a ‘witch hunt’.  It claims it is  about violating regulations about professionalism.
Leticia James campaigned on the platform that she was elected as New York Attorney General, she would go after the business holdings of former President Donald Trump, charging him with falsely raising the value of his property in New York in order to secure better terms on loans he applied for.
The banks that lent money to Donald Trump have not filed any complaints against Trump.
