Acrisure Arena Gets Large Business Of The Year Award

The Rancho Mirage Chamber of Commerce has selected Acrisure Arena as the Large Business of the Year.

Since opening in December 2022, Acrisure Arena has welcomed nearly 250,000 fans and hosted over 31 concerts, comedy, family shows, and Coachella Valley Firebirds games.

John Bolton, senior vice president of Oak View Group accepted the award on behalf of the arena. “This award belongs to the entire Coachella Valley community and business leaders who have embraced this venue and brought it to life. We look forward to building upon this incredible grand opening run of events and being a good business partner.”

Bolton, and other officials at Oak View Group, will be at the Historic Plaza Theatre in downtown Palm Springs at 10 in the morning on Friday March 3rd 2023 to announce a major initiative involving the Theatre and Oak View Group.

The Plaza Theatre Foundation has been raising money to renovate the Theatre.
