I like your presentations about our worthless legislature. The one solution you have not advocated but which is the most signficant issue is that we should return to a part-time legislature. In the old days, real and productive members of the community would travel to Sacramento for a couple or more weeks of the year to deal with real, not imagined or manufactured issues, pass necesessary legislation, and would then come home to live under what they had wrought. Now, we have mostly retirees and ne'er-do-wells populating the place full time and they need to fiddle and fantasize to justify their expensive existence. There is no reason for a legislature to sit full-time. The executive branch runs the state. We should do constitutional amendment returning us to part-time legislature, and much of the fiddle-dee-dee crap coming from those incompetent clowns will disappear, because they will disappear. Im hoping this is not true.... see ResistNet....story that Obama forsaw that he could loose with just a Fed case (along w/Pres of Mexico) against the Az immigration law.. So..he has shown his real colors...a deviant type of slouf to United Nations...We have just lost our democratic voice under this Pres. He tried it thru Cap and Trade...Now this. Could it be that ResistNet has really read between the lines???? Why has no one else yet picked up on this one???? if so....impeach him!!!!
