Despite recent forecasts of brighter days to come, a new report from the California Employment Development Department finds Inland Empire unemployment at an all-time record high of 15-Percent. Over the past year 74-Thousand jobs have been lost in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties, with the greatest losses in white collar administrative positions. At the same time the EDD reports a drop in the overall job base of Six-Point-Two-Percent. Health care was the only industry showing a slight increase in employment opportunities.
