A woman was arrested in felony charges after causing a car crash Friday night. It happened in Palm Springs around 9:30 p.m. on Golf Club Drive, just South of Highway 111. The driver hit two other cars, then allegedly ran from the scene with her eight-year-old daughter. Another passenger was trapped in the car, and had to be cut out by paramedics. Officials said she suffered only minor injuries, but couldn’t open the door because it was bent during the collision. Police officers found the driver and the child a couple of blocks away. The woman was arrested for dunk driving, hit and run, and child abuse.
